One Way Boardshop wants you to get what you want, and we know that sometimes thing just don’t fit like we thought they would. So One Way Boardshop is willing to return or exchange any item as long as it follows these guidelines.

All Returns
· Be returned within 30 days of purchase
· Returned in same packages it was sent in
· Items with shrink wrap must still be in wrapping

Clothing
· All clothing must be unused and include all original packaging
· All tags must attached in original condition
· Clothing must be clean and unwashed and/or worn- not pet hair, human hair, smoke smells, B.O smells, cologne smells, or any other odors
· Clothing that has been washed or worn will not be returned or exchanged

Shoes
· All shoes must be unworn and include original undamaged packaging
· Shoes must be in brand new unworn condition- no scuffs, dirt on sole, washed, dirty feet smells,
· Shoeboxes most not have tape or any other shipping labels on them- please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes
· Once a shoe has been worn the cannot be returned or exchanged

Skateboards
· All skateboards must be un-skated and in new condition, used skateboards can not be returned
· Once a skateboard is assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
· Skateboards are not completely guaranteed
· One Way does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
One Way Boardshop does not guarantee the exchange or credit for any defective item. If you feel your product is defective please send it back with a return form explaining defect. One Way Boardshop will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective (UPS ground up to $9.00). If you item is not declared defective you item(s) will be sent back at customers cost.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
You may return your item(s) for credit to your credit card or exchange for different item(s) Please complete the return form that came with you shipment or download here. Repack the item(s) in the same box you order was shipped in and send the package to One Way Boardshop using UPS OR insured Parcel Post
